I ended up buying Livy a used bumbo off ebay and I'm so glad I did, she loves it! I always wanted one for Avery but didn't really want to spend the money, but Livy loves sitting up and is so cute in her little chair by herself! Even in her carseat she always has her head lifted up like she's trying to sit up, she loves to see what's going on. I figure I can resell it for almost as much as I bought it so it's worth it, plus we haven't really bought Livy anything, she only gets hand-me-downs, lol. In other sad news, we believe Livy has a intolerance to dairy and possibly wheat. I have been off dairy for a few weeks with not much of a difference, so I ate a bowl of cereal the other day and then she had green BM with blood in it and a horrible rash on her bottom. Before that though I had found some dairy free wheat bread and ate a few slices and she was hysterical the next day, so since i haven't been off the wheat for the 2 weeks as well I think it might be a combo of both. Poor thing! I am still trying to figure out the extent of her intolerance/allergy and so I'm going completely off dairy and wheat for 2 weeks then will slowly reintroduce things one at a time. Wish me luck, there isn't a whole lot to eat with no dairy/wheat! I bought a rice cooker this morning though so that will be a main staple for dinners now. I really hope this helps her, I hate to see her upset all the time. She's pretty fussy a lot and will refuse to eat after I've eaten the dairy/wheat and arches her back and screams. She also is pretty stuffy as well after. The things we do for our children ;).
Oh, and Livy laughed out loud last week while in the tub with Avery. Apparently she loves being splashed in the face, who knew, haha!
Avery is completely night trained now as well! She really only had a wet pullup for a week or 2 after being trained but she hasn't wet one in weeks so we just stopped using them. Yay for saving money! She is growing up so fast and has a little mind of her own, that's for sure! She has also decided to give up napping which makes me really unhappy most days. But then she ends up crashing on the couch, in the car, or anywhere she happens to land, silly girl! We have no idea how to get her to get the sleep she needs!
Mason is enjoying the 5th grade so far! It has kept him busy as he has a lot more homework than he did last year.
That's about it around here! We are trying to tidy up the house before our parents all come out here next week for Livy's blessing, we can't wait to see them!

Grace still sits in her Bumbo sometimes, though she's almost to the point of getting stuck in it and not being able to get out herself! So sorry to hear about the allergy or intolerance suspicions. I hope you can get it figured out soon. If you think it's a true allergy, I know they can do a blood test to check, I'm just not sure how old they have to be for that. Grace was 9 months when they did hers, but she didn't have any problems if I ate those things the whole 14 months I nursed her. Whatever it turns out to be hopefully you can both get past the hard part of it soon! Congrats on the potty training! I wish we were there too. Grace refuses to use the potty for her #2 business, but she's getting really good at using it for #1. I'm not sure what her hangup is, but I'm hoping she'll calm down about it soon! And I totally understand the nap thing - Grace is only taking one every 3-4 days and by then she's so tired and crabby it's really hard! She's started falling asleep in the car, and that's really our best bet now to get her to actually take a nap. Yesterday after church we drove around the neighborhood for a few extra minutes because we could tell she was drowsy and it worked like a charm! :)
