Has it really been a month since I last blogged?? There hasn't been a whole lot that has happened in the last month but there were a few important things.....

Scott's 27th Birthday! He actually had the day off of work so we went to lunch at Oasis. He did have a work meeting to go to in the evening but then came home and we had cake, Avery decorated it herself, lol.




Livy turned 4 months old! She is growing so fast! She had her 4 month appt. and weighed

14 lbs 9 oz.

25 inches

16 inch head circ.

I looked back at Avery's stats and they are just about the same, Livy has caught up! She loves taking showers, grabbing and eating anything she can get her hands on, laughing at her sister, and just being a cuddly baby! She still has sleep issues(catnaps and eating lots during the nights) but we are dealing with it and trying to enjoy our little baby before she's no longer a baby. She also finally rolled over, haha. She doesn't get much floor time, is that bad? She just likes to be held and usually has someone who is will to comply with her ;) She is also quite the thumb sucker!

We found out that Avery is allergic to mosquito's, apparently it's called Skeeter Syndrome. She has always had bad reactions to bites but they have continued to get worse. This picture sort of shows the 2 bites she had that swelled up and BLISTERED pretty badly. She had like 20 tiny blisters on BOTH bites, poor girl. It took about a week to clear those up. We went to the park the other day and I even put bug spray and she still managed to get one small bite. Well she woke up in the night screaming and thrashing because that small bite had turned into a huge swollen one and she was covered from her neck down in hives that were bleeding! The next day it she developed a fever as well from it being infected. We are going to get her into the Dr. soon to hopefully get her on some allergy medicine. She also has eczema all over her body and we have no idea what its from. Hopefully we can keep her protected, I can't imagine how badly these little bites hurt! Too bad we live in an area with TONS of mosquito's. Other news with Avery is that she is in love with all things princess and Barbie and can't wait for Halloween! We have the branch Trunk or Treat tomorrow so that should be fun!

As far as Mason goes, he is doing great in the 5th grade! He is on the all A Honor Roll and doing lots of UIL competitions this year. He gets to go to San Antonio this Saturday to do a practice competition. I believe he is doing 6th grade calculators, Music memory, science and social studies, and number sense? They basically have competitions against other schools in those areas. I have no recent pictures of him :P Hopefully we get his school pictures back soon. I haven't been the best about taking pictures of any of them lately, so this is it!
